Top Organizers
We consider Top Organizers to be the most contributing to the platform with quality events that are popular and attract most participants. Each start of the month 3 organizers are chosen as Top Organizers based on last month statistics.
What criteria are used to pick Top Organizers?

Points based on race time by all participants (not visible in the Top Organizers standings yet)
Update from 2026-09-01, effective for rewards given out in start of October.
Points based on total race time driven by participants. So a 2 hour endurance race will reward similarly to 10x 12min races with same number of participants. Additionally:
- very slow laps will be excluded
- higher participant number per race will gain more points

Total race finished participantsMain criteria is the total finished participants per month. It can be few highly attended events or many events with not as high participation. For example: 2 race events that had 20 participants, but only 15 finished in each event will result in 30 total finished participants. Basically top organizers are the most popular organizers with most participants finished in their races.
Note that this may change in the future, and we welcome any feedback. We’ll try to keep this criteria fair and simple.
What happens when organizer is picked as Top Organizer?
Section titled “What happens when organizer is picked as Top Organizer?”- Top Organizer events are then visible in separate section in event list - which improves event exposure and popularity even more. Organizer can choose 2 (two) upcoming races to be shown in Top Organizers section (see next question on how).
- Organizer receives free 1 month Premium coupon code via email message to organization admins.
- Top Organizer status is valid for one month.
How to select events to be shown in Top Organizers section?
Section titled “How to select events to be shown in Top Organizers section?”When you are a Top Organizer you will see a “Show in Top Organizers” option in Event create/edit page under ‘Event information’ tab.
- This is currently only available for race events.
- If there are more than 2 upcoming events with flag set - flag is removed from earlier updated events
What if organizer creates quality events with good attendance, but is not picked as Top Organizer?
Section titled “What if organizer creates quality events with good attendance, but is not picked as Top Organizer?”The algorithm will probably not be perfect in every case, and we will review and tune it in the future.
Does this only include race events? What about time attack, practice and other events?
Section titled “Does this only include race events? What about time attack, practice and other events?”At the moment Top Organizers are picked from race events statistics only and event list section only shows race events. However feature could be extended to other event types if we see more event contention there.
